Wave I have the same problem with that printer model ... but in my case when it comes into service mode fails to install the two drivers install only one and the says not installed bequeath to install all driver q there think nothing ... and ps as not installed that does not work the program that for desblokear cartridges by q get an erro when we give "Set" I get and because I think q is due to q deciven canon that does not install ... if anyone knows anything about how to solve this problem we will be very grateful.
